Policy


Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Terms 1%- 10 days, Net 30 days. Add 1 ½ % per month service charge on all delinquent
accounts.
2. All Prices in the catalog are List Prices. Refer to the current GTI discount sheet for
multipliers.
3. All prices and/ or designs subject to change without notice.
4. Shipments will be made to open accounts with established credit. All other shipments
will be made C.O.D., or payment in advance.

Return Policy
1. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval of Grille Tech Inc.
2. All returned items must be in new and resalable condition and all return shipping must be
prepaid.
3. No returns after 60 days.
4. No returns on special or non-stock items.
5. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking charge to cover the cost of
handling, inspecting and repacking. All prepaid or allowed freight charges and pricing
discounts on original shipment will be deducted from credits issued.

Freight Policy
1. All orders are F.O.B. our factory. Standard shipping is a 13% charge.
2. Freight is paid on minimum of $1500.00 net for Florida (except Panhandle).
3. Freight is paid on minimum of $2500.00 net for Florida Panhandle.
4. Freight is paid on minimum of $5000.00 net for Continental US (which excludes Alaska
and Hawaii).
5. All claims for shortage, damage, etc., must be made within 24 hours from date of
shipment. For LTL shipments and truckloads, discrepancies must be noted on bill-of-
lading.

Sales Policy
1. Minimum order of $100.00 net for local delivery.
2. Minimum invoice charge of $75.00.
3. Broken box charge: additional 25%.
4. All orders must be delivered to the GTI office by fax or email. All orders are
acknowledged by fax or email within 24 hours. Please review price and product for
accuracy.
5. Changes to orders may only be made on standard stock products that have not yet
shipped. No changes allowed for non-standard/non-stock products or rush orders.
6. Cancellation of orders may only be made on standard stock products that have not yet
shipped. No cancellations allowed for non-standard/non-stock products or rush orders.

Standard delivery is 15 working days.
Rush Service is available as follows (excluding Saturday and Sunday):

3 Day service 75% upcharge (maximum quantity: 25 pieces)
6 Day service 50% upcharge (maximum quantity: 50 pieces)
10 day service 25% upcharge (maximum quantity: 100 pieces)


Special Sizes
We are able to make most sizes if given specifications.
1. Sizes other than listed and non-standard sizes, add 25%.
2. Fractional sizes, add $10 net per unit PLUS the 25% non-standard charge.


Warranty
GRILLE TECH INC., warrants that the products it manufactures are produced in accordance
with the standards and specifications shown in this catalog. No warranty of suitability for any
particular purpose, or any other presentation or warranty, whether expressed or implied, is made
respecting these products.
